We use your information to deliver and improve the service, respond to requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your business data to train foundation models.

Access grants are scoped per agent and remain visible in your policy console. You can revoke access or delete data at any time. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law.

We share information with service providers who help us run Tempo, strictly under contract and only as needed. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
